As a dietary supplement Myristin® is used for a little over two months in most cases. Myristin® softgels from EHP are the only 40% CMO softgels on the market. The large amount of CMO per softgel (260 mg) allows consumers to take fewer capsules daily and to consume the recommended amount of product in a shorter time.
Three Myristin® softgels are taken daily with water on an empty stomach.
Four bottles of Myristin® 60 ct or 1 bottle of 200 ct are required for two months of use.

Loading Dose is 60 days:3 Myristin and 8 Myrist-Aid per day (requires 3.5 bottles).

Pet Usage is based on weightLoading Dose:
Up to 40 lbs: 1 Myristin and 3 Myrist-Aid per day.
41-100 lbs: 2 Myristin and 6 Myrist-Aid per day.
101-200 lbs: 3 Myristin and 6 Myrist-Aid per day.
Maintenance: 1/3 to 1/2 of loading dose.
