Myristin® is used for a little over two months in most cases. Myristin® softgels from EHP are the only 40% CMO softgels on the market. The large amount of CMO per softgel (260 mg) allows consumers to take fewer capsules daily and to consume the recommended amount of product in a shorter time.

Myrist-Aid is a synergistic capsule which is taken with Myristin®.

DOSING:  Loading:  1/2 in the morning and 1/2 at night.

Maintenance:  Easiest to take  at once.  I take them in the morning.   

HUMANS:  Take 1/2 in AM and 1/2 in PM with our without food.

LOADING:  3 Myristin gel caps and 8 myrist-aid a day for 2 months. (COMBO 4)

MAINTENANCE: 1 Myristin gel caps and 3 myrist-aid a day

 PETS:  2 month  supply loading give 1/2 in AM and 1/2 in PM with our without food.

10- 30lbs: take  1 Myristin gel caps and 2 myrist-aid a day  (COMBO 1)

30-60lbs: take 2 Myristin gel caps and 4 myrist-aid a day (COMBO 2)

60 -90lbs: take 3 Myristin gel caps and 6 myrist-aid a day (COMBO 3)

90 lbs and up: take 4 Myristin gel caps and 8 myrist-aid a day (COMBO 4)

maintenance: 

MAINTENANCE DOSE: 1 Myristin a day and 1 Myrist-Aid PER 30 LBS per day.  

Four bottles of Myristin® and four bottles of Myrist-Aid are required for two months of  loading plus one month of maintenance.
